- Type in the following url: myrc.redcross.ca
- Based on your search ensure you select the website with the correct url: the Red Cross has many web pages
- When you are on the Red Cross webpage click onto the 3 bars in the top right hand corner (for cell-phone users) and click on Sign In
- For desk top: Click Sign In
- Enter your Email and Password
- If you forgot your password click on the words: forgot your password
- You will then enter your email and click send verification code to your email: minimize this page so you can come back to it
- If you get an error message it is because you either do not have a Red Cross account or you have several accounts: try another email and go through the same process. If you keep getting an error message contact breathforlifeinc@shaw.ca and we will send you an invitation link to your email
- Access your email: the email sent to you will be titled Microsoft on Behalf of the Canadian Red Cross. Open it and copy the 6 numbers. Paste the numbers in the Red Cross page where it requests: verification code.
- Press “verify code” and then “continue”
- You are on the final page where you must create a password. The password credentials must fulfil the following criteria: a CAPITAL letter, several small letters, numbers and a special character like a “?” or @ or $. Enter this twice and press create or confirm.
- You are now be in your account. Click on the three lines right upper hand corner for cell phone users.
- Click on My Profile: your certificate will appear in the My Certifications folder a few days after the completion of your course
