Accessing Your Red Cross Certificate
The Red Cross certificate is populated into your Red Cross Account which should have been created when taking a Red Cross Course.
Steps:
- Using your browser log into myrc.redcross.ca
- Click the menu bars located at the right upper hand side of your phone
- EnterĀ the email specific to your account
- If you do not know your password, or did not save it, click forgot password
- You will need to enter your email again and then send a code to that email
- Minimize the screen, and access the code which is 6 numbers
- Enter the numbers in the space provided and press verify code
- You are now directed into the next page where you must create a password (capital letter, several small letters, a number or two and a special character such as an ‘*’). Press enter.
- If the screen gives you a warning it is because the Red Cross locked down your account or you are using an email not associated with the account; if the screen takes you to a new page press the menu bars and you should see your name on screen.
- Enter ‘my profile’ and then click ‘my certifications’.
