Stay Safe Home Alone Course

Group bookings only

The Red Cross Stay Safe Home Alone Course provides the participant with basic first aid skills, home safety awareness and how to recognize unsafe situations. Participants explore how to respond to various challenges when they are not under the direct supervision of a guardian or parent. Many activities, are integrated throughout the course, to keep your child interested and engaged. Please review the Course Topics. If you child qualifies, you may be more interested in the Babysitting course.

Course Details

This course is open to groups only (ie. Community Leagues, Schools, Youth Groups, Municipalities). Minimum group bookings will be based on no less than 20 children. Breath for Life will no longer take individual registrations for this course.

Course delivery can be held at your location or our location (4443 – 99st).

• Time: 9:00 – 2:00 pm (this is flexible)
• Duration: 5 – 6 hours
• Cost: $65.00 + GST = $68.25
• Participants receive a Red Cross Workbook and Certificate
