You must bring your unexpired BLS certificate to your course for validation. You do not qualify to take this course if your certificate is expired.
Breath for Life’s address is 4443 – 99 st.: we are not located at any other address within Edmonton and have no affiliations with any other First Aid and CPR company in Edmonton or Alberta.
For unknown reasons, emails sometimes end up in junk or spam. Please check this folder for your Confirmation/Receipt from Breath for Life, and/or the Canadian Red Cross.
Remember the email that you will provide when you enter it within this registration form. This is the default email that will be used to send you your official confirmation/receipt from Breath for Life. If there is an email input error, you will not receive an email.
Please bring indoor footwear: slippers, socks, comfortable and clean indoor shoes. Footwear worn outside must be removed as we endeavor to keep our facility clean, safe and comfortable for all who attend their course.
Please avoid using perfumes and colognes that may trigger an asthmatic attack. A medical emergency occurred recently for which EMS had to respond: this event could have been avoided.
Please bring your own supplies: paper, pens, snacks, beverages etc.
Please dress comfortably in modest attire.
Please carry a smile and a friendly greeting to those who you will meet and greet you at Breath for Life.

As per the Canadian Red Cross you must attend the entire course to achieve certification - you must arrive on time and not be late. Doors open 1/2 hour prior to the course start time. Please arrive early so that the course can start on time. If you are late and instruction has started, you will not be allowed into your class as this causes a disruption for everyone in the classroom. You will be required to register into another course at full fee.(Required)
